Reporting Specialist

The Reporting Specialist provides support to all external clients and users of reporting tools that are integrated with our company products. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical skills, and must be able to quickly assess the root cause of incoming support requests as it relates to report design and functionality.

The Reporting Specialist interacts with multiple external clients on a daily basis and with the company’s Client Services team, as needed, for direction in client interaction and escalations.

Applicants in Florida, Southern California, Dallas, Phoenix, and Nashville areas are preferred, but other U.S. locations will be considered.
